Follow the Manufacturing Process and See How We Execute on the Shop Floor
Before any project enters production, it goes through internal review and process planning.
From material preparation to final shipment, each stage is carried out according to a clearly defined workflow designed to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth and minimize manufacturing deviations.
Drawing Review and Production Preparation
Before production begins, we evaluate the drawing together with the material, thickness, tolerances, surface finish requirements, and assembly needs.
Wherever possible, we identify critical dimensions, process challenges, and potential risks before cutting starts, creating a stronger foundation for the stages that follow.
Raw Material Management
Before materials enter production, they are prepared and checked against the order requirements to ensure the material type, specifications, and condition match the needs of the project.
Stable raw material input is essential to keeping cutting, bending, welding, and surface finishing on track.
Stamping & Forming
Based on part geometry, process requirements, and production volume, we can apply the appropriate stamping operations to produce holes, profiles, local forms, and other structural features.
At this stage, we focus not only on processing efficiency, but also on dimensional consistency, forming stability, and compatibility with downstream bending, welding, and assembly.
For certain sheet metal projects, stamping can significantly improve production efficiency and provide a more stable foundation for volume manufacturing.
Welding and Assembly
Depending on project requirements, our shop floor can support welding, spot welding, PEM insertion, riveting, and basic assembly operations.
We place strong emphasis on joint reliability, structural fit, and visual consistency, ensuring that parts are not only compliant individually, but also perform properly in the final application.
Surface Finishing Coordination
Depending on the product’s function and appearance requirements, we can coordinate surface finishing processes such as powder coating, anodizing, electroplating, brushing, and silk screening.
Surface finishing affects more than appearance—it also plays an important role in corrosion resistance, identification, and end-use performance.
Quality Control Runs Through the Entire Manufacturing Process
At SR MFG, quality is not limited to the final inspection alone.
From production preparation and in-process execution to final shipment, quality control is built into the entire manufacturing workflow. we view quality assurance as a complete system that includes process control as well as inspection and documentation support—not just a single checkpoint at the end.
Reliable delivery depends on more than equipment—it also comes from an experienced team
Manufacturing capability is not defined by machines alone. It also depends on engineering judgment, shop-floor execution, quality awareness, and communication efficiency.
Our team works closely around drawing requirements, process planning, and delivery goals to keep each project moving as smoothly as possible from start to finish.
We place equal importance on packaging and shipment
The condition in which the customer receives the product is part of the manufacturing result itself.
That is why, once production and inspection are complete, we arrange the appropriate packaging based on the product structure, surface requirements, and shipping method, with the goal of reducing the risk of impact damage, scratches, or mixed parts during transit.
For export projects, we also prepare shipments according to the transportation method and delivery requirements.
