We began with laser cutting services and established our first production base, officially entering the metal fabrication industry. In the early years, we focused on building core manufacturing capabilities and steadily accumulated experience in material processing, structural accuracy, and production coordination. This laid the groundwork for our later expansion into precision sheet metal fabrication and integrated manufacturing. SR MFG regards 2007 as the starting point of its manufacturing business. Today, we have developed a production base spanning two factories, with a combined manufacturing area of approximately 30,000 square meters and a wide range of sheet metal fabrication equipment.

As customer needs evolved from standalone laser cutting to more complete sheet metal structural part manufacturing, we expanded our capabilities and established Guangzhou Shuangrui Sheet Metal Equipment Co., Ltd. This marked our transition from single-process machining to more comprehensive sheet metal fabrication services. At this stage, our focus was no longer limited to processing alone, but shifted toward building integrated manufacturing capabilities tailored to customer project requirements.

We integrated our laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication operations and established Guangzhou Shuangrui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., driving our manufacturing system toward a more platform-based and collaborative model. Shuangrui began providing OEM/ODM services, covering sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, stamping, welding, enclosures and cabinets, and a wide range of custom metal structural parts. The industries we serve include automotive, home appliances, medical, and industrial equipment. We also built our operations on the foundation of internationally recognized management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.

To meet growing customer demand for more complete delivery capabilities, we further expanded into stamping, powder coating, and assembly, and established Guangzhou Baoxuan Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. With this development, SR MFG further strengthened its manufacturing system and became able to provide more complete solutions covering material cutting, forming, welding, surface finishing, and assembly.

As our manufacturing processes continued to improve, customer projects accumulated, and our delivery system became increasingly mature, our annual production value exceeded RMB 200 million. This represented more than business growth alone. It marked SR MFG’s evolution from an early-stage processing factory into a comprehensive manufacturing platform with the ability to coordinate multiple processes, support volume production, and deliver project-based manufacturing services.

We established Guangdong Chengrui Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. to further strengthen our one-stop precision sheet metal manufacturing capabilities. Chengrui is positioned as a full-chain solution provider for precision sheet metal fabrication, with core processes including laser cutting, CNC bending, and robotic welding. Our services cover everything from design optimization and precision fabrication to surface finishing, serving applications such as energy storage cabinets, food packaging equipment, and structural components for medical devices. By continuing to integrate manufacturing resources, process capabilities, and quality management systems, SR MFG is accelerating its group-level development and steadily enhancing its ability to serve global markets, with the goal of becoming a trusted long-term manufacturing partner for customers worldwide.
